Very Professional, honest business!

Very professional, honest business. The team showed up early and completed my entire system (including new pipes and chimney liner) in about 6 hours. Family-owned and operated. The owner was onsite to insured that all was installed as promised. A great experience.

Repair an Oil Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System

I put the request for a new furnace on HomeAdvisor and within minutes I got a call from Jessica at Safeway. I explained what I needed and made an appointment that afternoon to have Lou come out and give me an estimate. He showed up that afternoon and explained what I needed. Later that day I got the estimate that quick. I finally got my other estimate from another company and decided to go with Safeway. The next week in between snowstorms it was installed. The new one is more in tune with technology of today than my 31 year old boiler of the past. I needed to be taught about the new bells and whistles which they did. Safeway followed up and were present when they said they would when others would not return my calls. In the future I will use them again.

Lou was awesome! Highly recommend! He thoroughly explained everything and showed me exactly what was done; supported with photos. He made recommendations for issues we may need to address in the future, and was very honest about what need to be done presently. Extremely personable and professional. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze- very responsive and willing to fit you in quickly (even during busy season).

After getting the runaround for weeks and months from other places I finally found these guys. Was able to schedule an appointment that week and they even came out on Saturday! I can't say enough about Lou. If I could have given more stars I would have...Lou was helpful, understanding of my situation, respectful and very professional. He came to look at my hot water heater at my convenience and replaced it the very next day. The job he and his guys did was professional and they left the area clean when the job was done. The service that was provided was above and beyond. I know who I will be calling in the future if I have issues and I will recommend him to friends and family .

My experience:

Lou communicated with me immediately after I placed my Porch request, and was extremely courteous and professional. We discussed my project and decided on a good time for him to come over. He arrived ahead of time and we went over the details and we decided on a time to begin. He arrived on time and completed that project as well as another project which needed to be taken care of. I am very impressed by Lou’s and his assistant Daniel’s work ethic and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with them. Lou is clearly a professional and that is very clear upon meeting him. He actually had to correct a lot of shoddy work which was done on my home which I did not think could be corrected. I will definitely be hiring him for a lot more projects. There are not very many like him around. Despite what the resume reads.

Saying Lou and Jess are at the top of their game is a significant understatement. They have impressed me at every turn. Their knowledge is extensive and is the real deal. Lou was able to diagnose a furnace issue over a phone call based on my description - other providers serviced the unit 3 times and never identified the root cause.
They know their trade well.
They know their business well.
Their communication is AMAZING.
They are VERY responsive to any call, and also have emergency response if you're in a pickle.
And their customer service will exceed your expectation (It did for me).
I cannot say enough. They are both friendly, professional, have great memories, documentation, process and skilled employees. Pricing is extremely fair (especially because if you engage Safeway, your problem will be fixed on the first go), quickly and efficiently. Their annual maintenance plan is a no-brainer in terms of value. Do yourself a favor, and call these guys. You will not be disappointed.
